Football
Congratulations to the George McDougall Mustangs for their second consecutive league championship with a 36-5 win over the Cochrane Cobras. The Mustangs now move on to Tier 1 Provincial playoffs. Cochrane moves, on as well, competing in Tier 2 Provincials. Springbank defeated W.H. Croxford in the Third Place game, with a come from behind 21-18 win in overtime. The Phoenix will also compete in the Tier 2 Provincial Playoffs. Thanks to all coaches and volunteers who helped make this season possible. Next year marks the 50th season of Rocky View Football.
